Cutscene/Transcript
The four take gone to savor some sweet treats at Phat Donut, and Sunny asks the others what they would like to do. PaRappa suggests they get to the embankment, and they all agree until Katy informs them of their lack of transportation. PJ also mentions they need a license too, as none of them drive.
Merely and so, a big, cherry-red, and long limo pulls up known equally the Super Stretched Limo 1000. PaRappa and PJ get over all of the fine details, which are vinyl cheetah-textured seats with a maximum speed of more than than 400,000,000, as the limo stops. Joe Chin then steps out and asks them how they similar it, with PJ and PaRappa both responding positively in earnest. Joe and so tells them information technology'due south a convertible, brags how it'south capable of leaping over alpine buildings in a single spring, and and then asks the girls if they'd like to ride to the beach with him. They accept, just only if Parappa and PJ can become besides, to which Joe agrees, letting the girls sit down upwardly front end, and the boys in the back in front of a bath tub. However, the convertible backs up and crashes into the Phat Donut, causing the sign and multiple donuts to fall upon Parappa and PJ.
PaRappa shortly begins to picture himself driving his own motorcar with Sunny next to him. He would exist and then happy to be able to have Sunny anywhere, when he all of a sudden gets an idea. He'll go and get his license so that he can impress Sunny, while PJ feasts on the dropped donuts.
At U-Drive-U, the course instructor, Mooselini, will only let PaRappa laissez passer depending on how well he performs her car rap.
Later on he clears the song, PaRappa goes to go his license photo taken, but a falling piece of confetti causes him to sneeze at the last 2d, spoiling his license photograph (though he still tin can drive). If y'all get cool, Parrapa does not spoil his license photo.
The scene shows Phat Donut where PaRappa and his friends are eating.
Sunny Funny: It's a great day today. So what do yous guys wanna do?
PaRappa Rappa: Lets go down to the beach!

PJ Berri: Yes! The maximum speed is tuned up to 463,243.,.

Joe Chin: Hello!
He shuts the door.

PJ Berri: Man, information technology's phat!
PaRappa Rappa: The color is awesome too!
Joe Chin: Not only that, it's a convetable! And information technology is capable of leaping alpine buildings in a single bound!
Joe Chin (Cont'd): Would y'all girls like to go to the embankment with me?
Sunny Funny: Sure. Only if all of us can go.
Joe Chin: Of course, of class! Come on girls, sit up front with me. you guys can sit down in the back.
PaRappa, PJ, and Indigestible Boy all sit in the back.
Joe Mentum: Everybody hold on!
He starts the motorcar and it crashes through the donut shop. Parappa and PJ become dazed as donuts surroundings them. Joe starts the car again and drive downwardly the road. Parappa daydreams about himself and Sunny flight together in a aeroplane.
PaRappa Rappa: Man.... If I only had a car and a liscense...... I could accept Sunny anywhere! (Sigh)..... How can I do that?
A lightbulb appears.
PaRappa Rappa: Yeah I know! I GOTTA BELIEVE!
The Automobile sign says "U-Drive-U" and "Instructor Mooselini is continuing here".
Instructor Mooselini: You wanna learn how to drive huh? It's harder than you think it is.
Instructor Mooselini (Cont'd): If you lot think you tin handle it, try this rap!

Trivia
- If the wrong button is pressed, Parappa will pull out the steering bike.
- In PaRappa The Rapper 2, during the commencement affiliate cutscene at the get-go, when Parappa and PJ are walking downwardly the road, the U-Bulldoze edifice can be seen in the background. This is the same brand as on height of the car a sign saying 'U-Bulldoze' can be seen.
- When Teacher Mooselini closes the automobile door, you can hear a trivial 'hmm' she makes before starting the car up again.
- In the first part where Parappa must turn the car, if the opposite shoulder push button is pressed in place of the intended button, the exam car will spin out and go straight in the intersection.
- Despite this mistake, information technology doesn't affect the catastrophe.
- If you consummate the level on Absurd rating, PaRappa will not sneeze in the cutscene afterward.
- If the up push of the d-pad is pressed, y'all tin notice Prince Fleasawallow on the road.
- In "Parappa on Screen", a unlike audio of Failing Cool Way is like to Instructor Moosesha[i]
- The original catastrophe of bad/awful said "That's because you gotta do it again!". It was likely changed considering the role player could fail before Instructor Mooselini said "Do you know why we stopped the machine again?", making the offset part unneeded.
- The vocal samples the 1971 song "Turtles accept Short Legs" past Can.
